Ender 3 Belt Tensioner Screw(Horizontal Printing) Anti-Crossthreading Remix

When I printed Bananaperson300 's horizontal printing remix of KaminoKGY 's Ender 3 Belt tensioners re-using the stock screws I found that the fact that both the top and bottom were removed from the puller, let one side of the nut skip a thread if over-tensioned which was annoying so I only removed one side. Print with supports.
