Ender 3 NG E3NG Reinforced Toolhead Base

Just added a brace between the left and right sides between the belt slots. I've had several of these torn apart from the belts yanking on it and finally came up with a solution that works well. Best of all, makes putting in the belt locks easier. :) V2 - edited a small error that I missed. Doesn't affect functionality. V3 - Oriented the model for printing.
