Ender 3 pro Y / Z axis 4040 extrusion Belt Tensioner Screw(Horizontal Printing) Anti-Crossthreading Remix

I took the 4040‑extrusion screw‑mount section from the Ender 3 Pro Y/Z tensioner and merged it with the anti‑crossthreading horizontal‑printing screw mechanism from Thompson Studios’ remix. The 4040 screw hole and mounting geometry were transplanted onto the anti‑crossthreading body so it fits directly onto a 4040 extrusion while keeping the smoother, more durable horizontal screw design. I cleaned up the mesh, aligned the screw channel to the new mount, and adjusted clearances so the screw seats properly in the 4040 housing. The result is a hybrid tensioner that installs like the original 4040 model but uses the improved horizontal screw system.
