Ender 3 S1 Cable Holder Remix for Zip Tie

Remix of Wojciech Kawa's Ender 3 S1 Cable Holder. After adding some more wiring loom tape to reinforce the ribbon cable on my Ender 3 S1, I found it was too tight a fit on the Ender 3 S1 Cable Holder by Wojciech Kawa. So a quick remix to remove the “lips” at the end of the holder, instead a zip / cable tie is used to secure the ribbon cable. This also requires less manipulation of the cable to fit it in the holder. The zip / cable tie does not interfere with X and Z rails.
