Description
The attachment point to the printer is from the “Ender 3 S1 Holder for Modular Snap Together Rapsberry Pi 2B/3B/3B+/4 Case” by danielvolz, with the mount hole locations from grabcad. In theory this mount should also work with other manufactures of this style power adapter, I can't guarantee thought. I used M4x10 bolts and a few M4 Teenuts to attach the holder to the frame. For the Tobsun power adapter use M3 bolts, they should cut their own threads as you screw them in but you can always use a little longer bolt with a nut on the end if you want. Edit : I now have included my version 2 of the model which makes it a little more compact, and allows you to more easily adjust how far or close it sits to the printer/extrusion. Both versions will still work it more picking which version works best for your use case. As for wiring; that parts on you. I used 16gauge silicone multi-strand wire from another project, so I crimped connectors on them and used the open slots on the power supply to get my 24v power, and used the little opening to switch input voltage on the psu to route them out. I also highly recommend using something to cover the In/Out ports (e.g In/Out Cover) Depending on how and where you mount your Pi you may want to mirror the stl. I mirrored the model on the X axis so the In/Out location was faced to the rear of the printer so it makes wiring it easier (without mirroring it the ports were really close to the pi mount/case)
