Description
I was originally using TX_Ryan's 5015 fan duct for the Ender 3 S1, but I recently switched to a larger heat block that causes the tip of the nozzle to be lower than the stock height. As a result, I couldn't get TX_Ryan's fan duct to sit low enough to blow onto the part rather than the nozzle, even when adjusted to the lowest height. I remixed the model to add additional adjustment so that it can be adjusted to sit lower. Recommended print settings: Material: PETG Supports: Yes, use Snug or Grid, 0.2mm separation, 0 interface layers, support from build plate only. You may want to use “paint on supports” to add a single support in the middle of the slot used for the mounting screws. I have printed it without this support, but this only works if your settings are dialed in very well and you can successfully do a long bridge. Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer Height: 0.15mm or 0.2mm Infill: 30% Refer to TX_Ryan's model for additional information on the hardware (recommended fan model, bolts, and wiring). https://www.printables.com/model/148897-ender-3-s1-twin-jet-5015-fan-duct
