Description
I merged them together and removed what I considered unnecessary. The 40mm adapter is sunk further into the design and doesn't stick out anymore. The Dual Blower fan model seems weird and it seems it's supposed to suck air just through the grill on the right side from the front view. I ended up drilling a hole to the side that roughly outlines the intake of 5015 fan. I'm going to update the model with a hole modelled in. I have actually done so but I want to print that side and check how it lines up. The good thing about it might be that it will cool the extruder motor slightly thanks to the added airflow. I don't think it's needed but still, might be an upside. Update! Added the v3 version which has the hole for the right side blower for better airflow. I now added two holes at the top to fit M3 heat inserts to attach the G-sensor to. The improvement to the noise levels is outstanding and I recommend this mod to everyone who have their printer in their room. P.S. Don't mind my messy cablework.
AI Analysis: This is a mechanical part designed for a printer, specifically for the hotend cooling system. It features a fan shroud that houses the cooling fan and supports the dual 5015 blower fans. The shroud is made to improve airflow and heat dissipation for the hotend, ensuring optimal performance of the 40mm hotend. It is an upgrade component for the Ender 3 V3 printer.
