Ender 3 V3 KE Gantry Shims labeled

Ensure first layer is good enough. Obviously these shims are for helping fix that, but these need as good of a first layer as possible. 0.3mm first layer can help mitigate any issues. Just print slower than you normally would. I use Orca Slicer. Printed in 0.1mm layer height, but if that is too thin, larger heights can work. Just make sure you have “Precise Z Height” enabled. Otherwise, you might have to sand a little more off to get the correct measurements.
