Description
Hey! Created a simple 3D model to help with the noise from 25mm stock fan. Swapped it for a quieter 40mm one. Just so you know, I'm not a 3D expert - just trying to make things less noisy. If you're good at 3D modelling and want to improve it, go ahead🤘 Don't print this with PLA because it will melt easily. PETG will do the trick. I'm working on low profile bracket. When I test it and compare to the original one I will post it here. Little update: Mount is using original screws that came with the printer. I've mounted a 40mm fan using some spare screws lying around. Buck converter is a must when you want to mount a 12v fan. Here is better - newer version: https://www.printables.com/pl/model/718283-ender-3-v3-se-25-40mm-fan-bracket-low-profile PS: Don't glue your buck converter into the left metal bracket for original housing. You will end up destroying your converter :) Don't ask me why I know that. Tested myself and it works like a charm. Performance is good + noise level dropped significantly.
