Ender 3 V3 SE/KE pulley clip mount

I wanted to use the original design of the pulley feeder, but I already used the two screws included for the spool mount, so I remixed the clip and the pulley mount together. If you want to use this file, you must also print the parts from the original design (the pulley, the axle, and the pulley wheel cover). The design requires ball bearings with the size 10x26x8.
