Ender 5 Sprite Extruder and Breakout Board Carriage Mount (With BL Touch)

I could not find an Ender 5 x-carriage mount (horizontal belt instead of top/bottom of the v-slot) for a Sprite/Sprite Pro extruder that included a good solution for mounting the breakout board in the same package. I made my own using MediaMan3D 's HMG7's ender 5 carriage mount as reference geometry for the mounting holes and integrated samster395 's bl touch to the file. I used a variety of M3 screws to attach the extruder and breakout board to the extruder mount and the extruder mount to the carriage mount. I haven't measured the exact probe offset but using +/- 40mm X and 0mm Y (depending on how your axis inversions are set up) works well so far.
