Endoscope Ear Cleaner Case Extended Top Cap

Based on the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4804338 I had to extend the top cap by approx. 1.5mm to fit my my NATFIRE branded Endoscope Ear Cleaner. I'm sure that other brands of the black generic endoscope ear cleaner may need just the bit more length to fit right in this ear endoscope storage case. May need variable layer heights based on how well your printer can do treads -Shells=2-3
