Description

I didn't like the stock Eryone Thinker SE bed cable, it was floppy and sometimes would catch on the right bed extrusion. I took some time to check online for existing solutions until I found this project . I already have a 10x11 3 hole cable chain from my Voron Trident build so I decided to use it, and only print the end pieces. This made me notice a few issues with the original project, and for this reason I created this remix. Changes are: the chain now attaches to the back of the printer frame, has a hole for a screw to secure it, and has a side connection to the right bed extrusion to avoid twisting/rotating. The printed chain starting connector is removed in favor of a real connector the two bed pieces have proper tolerances for the heatset inserts (Voron spec M3x5x4), are inverted (to keep the two screws at the top of the part and allow mounting accelerometers if needed), and have a thicker chain connection point. The latter has also been reworked to avoid the chain pivoting up and down unnecessarily. Screw holes now have proper tolerances BOM 5 M3x10 countersunk screws 1 M3 slot in tnut 4 M3x5x4 threaded inserts 10x11 3holes cable chain, I used 17 links not counting the end connectors
