ESP32-CAM z-axis mount for MK4S/prusa enclosure

This is a redraw of a esp32 camera case to meet the following requirements fit in the mk4 enclosure get line-of-sight to the hotend (tricky with the 360 fan) not block the flash-LED on the esp32 cam i found ( this one ) print without supports be adjustable. AndyLuck's z-axis mount is great; this is compatible with that one. I redrew the case itself to be a bit narrower, and also brought the flash-LED closer to the front and making it brighter – the lens protrudes now, for which i made a little cover, but you don't need it. I did a previous remix which was just a straight arm; i didn't really like the viewing angle that left me with, so i redrew it, and one thing led to another… i'm really happy with the field of view i get here, i can actually see under the mk4s fan if things are going awry.
