ESP32 camera case - lower cam remix

I printed the fantastic model from @MichaelFanta but it nearly destroyed my ESP32-Cam. For my model, the lens/camera module sits about 1.8mm lower and I sheared-off the lens. Luckily I could reattach it with superglue. This remix has the lens-mount about 2mm lower so that esp32cam boards with a lower sitting lens can be fitted.
