eSUN eBOX lite Dry Box - Xiaomi Thermo Holder (developed)

This is a Xiaomi Thermo Holder for the eSUN eBOX Lite . First of all, I’d like to thank the creator of the original model: https://www.printables.com/model/274551-hygrometer-for-filament-dryers-sunlu-s1-and-esun-e I simply modified that original design to fit the Xiaomi thermometer I use. Details The file I’ve uploaded includes a mount for holding and inserting the Xiaomi Thermo into the eSUN eBOX Lite dryer box. I also adjusted the plate, but I did it manually using PrusaSlicer. Below are the issues I fixed from the original model so it would work for my setup: Plate Thickness Issue The thickness of the plate that goes into the eSUN Box is too great, causing certain filament spools (like PolyMaker, which I use) to be squeezed and unable to rotate freely. I solved this by slightly thinning the section of the plate that sits close to the machine. I didn’t change the original file—instead, I loaded the STL into PrusaSlicer and created a negative volume over that area to make it thinner. Original eSUN Filament Tube Doesn’t Fit I wanted to use the original filament tube from eSUN so it could connect with the tube that comes with the dryer box. However, the downloaded plate design didn’t leave a rectangular slot for the tube connector, so I couldn’t attach it. I fixed this by creating another negative volume in the center-top part of the plate for the original eSUN filament tube connector, sized 12 mm × 15 mm (large enough for the original tube). Additional Part I Made Since my thermometer is a Xiaomi model, I designed a new holder for it (included in the uploaded file). It works well and leaves enough space for the filament inside to rotate freely. You’re welcome to download and try it. You can check the uploaded images to see how I applied the negative volumes.
