ETX-90 Right Arm Clutch repair

Basically I remade the original in onshape, fixed the orientation so it works with the DEC limit tab and supports adding an extra metal washer. Drill out the broken stem, insert the 3d printed one. Picture supplied for best printing orientation. 1/2" Washer used. #10-24 nut.
