Description
I needed an extra type 2 EV charging port at the outside of my garage. It acts more like an extension cord and just passes through the backside/inside mounted wallbox to an outside parked car. The project combines this charging socket underneath the existing "EV Car Type 2 Plug and Cable holder". Now I can charge any car whether it's parked in- or outside the garage. properties: 1x charging socket holder / protective housing 1x back cover (it supports a rubber sealing for the electric cable) and kinda clips-in 1x clamp mount (lower/3rd mounting point) [extend with] 1x cable holder, spring mounted lever-locking [opt.] 1x flap rain protection printing: the holder and the socket holder can be printed separately if your printer build-area is big enough just merge the object and get a bit more sturdiness external components: Bals eMobile Type 2 wallbox socket it should fit most of their E-811xx socket types (about 105mm/diameter x 35mm/height) just google "999367_Charging_Sockets.pdf" or "BA Serie E-81197.pdf" (I used the E-81198-32, with LED signaling) I wired the LED-colors in a way, so one can see, if the cable is powered and if it is is a single or 3-phase charge
