Extended stability base gear for Rotating Hydroponic Tower

I was worried about tower stability with the original gear base from Wick3D's Rotating Hydroponic Tower so i updated the original base gear model to extend further past the reservoir base. I would have liked to add some type of locking mechanism but this far beyond my ability
