Extra Short Base for E-Stop Key Cap

After finding my finger hitting the underside of the button or the neck, it just felt like I'd be more comfortable with it sitting a little lower. This final version brings the bottom of the button to just over the height of the other keys. It's still pronounced, but feels much more natural to me.
