Description
This is a wider version of my single-rowed power strip desk clamp that fits wider power strips up to 142mm or 5.6 inches allowing you to fit your 2- or 3-rowed power strips to the edge of your desk. Printing Instructions (Standard): I recommend PLA (or PETG if it will be in sunlight) with 0.2mm layer height, 20% infill, 3 walls, and no supports. Each part is printed as oriented. Each clamp needs a bottom bolt and a top bolt. Depending on the width of your power strip (or other item you will be clamping), the length of the top bolt will be different. The names of the bolts indicate the width of the power strip they will work for. For example, the “Top Bolt 112mm-127mm (4.4in-5in).stl” bolt will fit power strips that are 112mm-127mm wide. This ensures that the bolt doesn't stick out beyond the footprint of your desk. Notes: As I have a fairly thick desk, I have designed the clamp to fit desks from 20mm to 60mm in thickness. If this doesn't work for your desk, please let me know and I can produce more sizes. I have also only included the 30mm wide clamp version - please let me know if you need a version wider than this. Assembly (Refer to pictures above): Screw the bottom bolt into the threads on the bottom of the clamp ensuring that the flat top will clamp to the desk. Then slot a thin screwdriver or the provided pin into the hole of the bolt and tighten to clamp to the desk. Repeat this for the top bolt to clamp the power strip. Please comment with any questions or specific requests. Happy Printing!
