Extruder cable clip -enforced- for Prusa i3 mk3s

I used the original design from Yosuke for about 1.5 years, when the main cable ring broke. Slight change in design: I increased the material thickness of the ring and scaled the Z direction x1.3 up, to get more stability. Must be printed with PETG, since PLA (is too stiff) might break during install.
