Description
TLDR: This mod provides better frontal filament exit for the autorewinder system EDIT: 26/03/2025 - Added the SLIM version of the F1 and F2 beams with *5 exits I remix the original F1 and F2 beams adding *5 PC4-M10 holes aligned with the 5 spools of the autorewinder system, as the original F1 and F2 beams standalone *6 holes aren't centered with the 5 spools of the autorewinder thus causing friction over pulling filaments I made the remix in Blender with clean translations over the original meshes NOTE: With this mod I think is convenient that the spools unload filament from the bottom and go straight into the PC4-M10s frontal exit. It's the same logic of the orginal drybox (non autorewinder) *6 rollers.. you can notice it looking at my photos The default autorewinder configuration instead has filaments unloading from the top of the spool, insert in PTFE at the front, curled down under the spools and then exit at the back of the drybox For my mod I suggest to place the 5 autorewinder rollers with their axes/frag on the left while standard autorewinder has on the right. As the arrows should be oriented with the unloading direction for the coils-spring in them to work properly
AI Analysis: This is a mechanical part designed for a system, specifically a drybox component that houses spools of filament. It features a structured design with multiple spools for filament storage and a mechanism for auto-rewinding the filament. The part is labeled as 'F1 & F2 Beam' and is tuned for a specific configuration, with a slim profile to fit into a standard printer's setup. The component includes a front exit point for filament delivery and is designed to be part of a larger system.
