Print Settings: Material: PLA, PETG Layer height: 0.15 - 0.20mm (For your information, I tested it at 0.30mm and it was quite tight due to the tolerance.) Supports: no Perimeters: 2 Assembly: Before assembling, fit each wheel into its respective casing and ensure smooth rotation. If the rotation feels stiff, use a file to trim it as necessary.
