Filament Cutter - Shorter 20mm Screws

I found that the original base for the springs could be reduced by 3mm without impacting integrity. The spring seat is now 1mm thick plus the chamfer. That is more than enough strength to handle the spring tension of appropriate pen springs. Many thanks to the original author for sharing the source file to make this super simple.
