Filament Cutter w/Finger Saver / Fidget Toy

Updated 3/12/2022: – Added a hole for an optional M4 x 4mm set screw to hold the blade in snugly. – Added a little more clearance between the top and the bottom. -------------- This is a remix of the original design after a bit of my flesh got in between the two halves when pushing down, causing a surprising amount of pain. I just added a guard that protects the flesh on the fingers, I also added chamfers and a couple other minor tweaks. Internals work exactly the same. I would recommend lubricating it with PTFE spray before assembling it, springs and anything that could stick (including the blade). After I made this last night, the entire thing ended up being a fidget toy because I keep finding myself pushing the button, mostly because I love the feeling in the hand.
