Filament Dry Box Base with Hygrometer

First of all: I have no clue how to remix properly, so sorry for this jank of a remix. I prefer a bottom positioning for the hygrometer, so I added an option to mount it there. Since I added more than enough small and flimsy plastic pieces to hold it, it's no problem if some don't make it through the print or snap off.
