Description
The original desiccant drybox is great but I wanted something a little shallower to take up less space in my dry boxes and I found the lack of any fixture to keep the lid attached problematic. I modified the lid and base to include threads (it works okay if you can dial in your tolerances properly). While there I also inserted a holder for a round Hygrometer(https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07FCPJRFH), pulled from another AMS Drypods model. There's a version without the Hygro as well Now with a funnel to aid filling (I recommend you close the lid first, then fill with desiccant) I printed this in ABS and I can simply drop several of these at a time into my Filament dryer to recharge the desiccant - no need to disassemble them at all.
AI Analysis: This object is a desiccant box designed for storing items by controlling humidity. It features a filament roll inside that absorbs moisture, and a screw lid for sealing. The box also includes a hygrometer to monitor humidity levels. Notable features include the circular design with radial slots for the filament roll and the central hygrometer component.
