I have combined some parts from a few models and built a slightly over-engineered filament guide & runout sensor mount. I've printed this all at 0.2 in PETG and 20% infill. Instead of buying 608 bearings, I chose to print this simple bearing that I have linked and attached the high tolerance version (which I have had the most luck with). I found the bearing would run a little smoother by adding a little bit of grease to it, and they have been spinning nicely for almost a year now. To build this bad-boy you will need to print 1x Main body 2x Bearing inserts 4x Pulley halves Fast 608 bearing (or a bought one should fit too) There are a couple of mistakes in the model, but Cura doesn't seem to mind fixing this for me 😁 Happy printing !
