Filament spool holder holding block

This is a remix of Urostro's nosilec-za-filament.stl and CMPDesign's HoldingBlock_V2.stl, basically a marriage between the two, as they each have features I liked. You will need to print the base plate from their design. I've widened out so it could be printed on it's side, which will increase the strength of the part in the direction needed. I've increased the height of the holding block base, so add 2mm to the screw length described in CMPDesign's instructions.
