UPDATE: Much improved version here . This design has some breathing room, but not much (0.1mm), as it has to be tight. If it is not tight, especially where the axle fits the bearing center hole, it's going to wobble. Also the bearing case has to be tight for the same reason. So, please, calibrate your printer's dimensional accuracy. The bearing size this is built for is: 22x7mm with a 8mm hole. The thread on the axle is delicate (M6). It is more for securing the axle than tightening. After you printed, first fit both axles into the center of the bearing separately. If they are extremley tight, do it a couple of times. Then screw the axle together. Be careful to not rip the thread when you get close to the center. Apply gentle pressue while fastening. The bearing housing simply clips into place around the bearing. And the housing clips onto the rails of the base plate (in the middle). It is tight, I know, but it has to be so it won't slide to either side. If you have issues, let me know. I printed this on an Ender V3 SE and a 0.6mm nozzle. I used variable layer height set to highest quality and smoothing. One assembly took about 1h to print. And it fits like a glove.
