Filler Holder and Bearing Remix - Fits smaller spools

A remix of a few components of the Filler Filament Holder to better accommodate smaller spools, such as 250G spools that have ~40mm inside diameter. I remixed the holder to be shorter, and I remixed the bearing to be fully circular and to have a larger hole for the spindle. Spins pretty smoothly and doesn't fall out of the holder as easily when swapping spools.
