Fishing Line Knot Puller

A small compact knot puller that you can throw in your tackle box or backpack. You can safely pull knots tight without worrying about cutting your hands or fingers. Got a snag? Instead pulling directly with your spool just wrap your line around this and pull and avoid damaging your reel. To make anti-slip I used some leftover fishing rod handle shrink wrap (27mm diameter). It did shrink enough for a tight fit on the smaller inner puller too. It's probably best to heat shrink wrap alone until it's almost the right size then place over puller and heat more until it's tight. This will avoid over heating the puller and melting it. If you do not have shrink wrap then some tennis racket handle wrap would be good substitute.
