Fix for Creality Ender 3 direct extruder

My Creality Ender 3 direct extruder had the following problem: the golden gear that pulls the filament is not attached to the motor shaft, so it slowly unscrewed out of the shat during prints. I created this small part that prevent the gear from going out of position. This part is easy to mount and unmount: insert the motor shaft in the hole fit the "fix" in the the metal plate holding the motor and the extruder
