Fix for DUMMY 13 frame hip-shoulder v3

This is a mod frame part for soozafone 's DUMMY 13(Beta) . This part is based on "frame hip-shoulder v3" part in DUMMY 13. DUMMY 13 Printable Jointed Figure © 2023 by Lucky 13 Toys is licensed under CC BY 4.0 Some people (including me) seems struggling with assembling "frame hip-shoulder v3" parts, so I fixed it. The cylinder-like joint have been shrunk a little(0.1mm in radius, 0.3mm in length). The modded part is easier to assemble. It also acts smoothly like official assembly instruction video. This part is tested in 100% scale. I'm not sure this part works in other scales. Note: There is also another choice to fix the problem: modified frame parts by Mici . Their parts disable twisting, and are anatomically correct. Update(2024/08/24): fixed model rotation.
