Fixed hip caps for Carbon 13 Type F - Featuring cavity for ball joint

While assembling Carbon 13 Type-F, i noticed that the hip covers were not fitting in properly. Upon checking Type-M files, i noticed Type-M having a cavity inside hip covers for ball joint to fit in, but Type-F did not had that. This remix adds cavities inside of the hip covers for better fitment, so ball joint inside of wont push against hip covers, making it fit better into its socket.
