Fixed PC4 M10 4 Way Splitter

A hopeful improvement on the original 4 way splitter remixed from https://www.printables.com/model/1042279-no-catch-4-way-y-splitter-pc4-m10. I have still had some issues with artifacts and other print mishaps causing problems on the inside of the splitter, but I was able to get a piece working by using a needle to poke out internal artifacts. Recommended to print vertically without supports.
