FlashForge Adventurer 5M (AD5M) Cheap Yellow Display (CYD) Mount

This remix lets you mount your Cheap Yellow Display (CYD) on the top of your AD5M's screen. The larger half fits around the Adventurer 5M's screen and the CYD fits into the other half. I wanted to mount the CYD close to the existing screen so I could use the Forge-X “feather” screen but to use the Cheap Yellow Display as a CYD-Klipper controller. This allows access to MACRO commands without having to have my laptop handy.
