Print solid file in “vase” mode with 6 bottom layers and 4 perimeters, or scale to your desire. Hollow file has 1.5mm walls, that's 4 perimeters on my printer. Note that if you scale this model down the walls will be thinner too, and may not remain water tight. I recommend using the solid file if you are to scale down.
