FLSUN Super Racer (SR) Filament Dry Box

This is a filament dry/storage box for the flsun SR. It replaces the factory spool holder and sits on top of and feeds directly in to the filament tube. It keeps the interior humidity below 15%, fits both 1kg and smaller spools including the one that comes with the SR, and works for cardboard spools. The desiccant is placed at the top of the box because humid air is lighter than dry air and floats upwards. The main box is a Rubbermaid 21 cup food container. Here is an Amazon link but I got mine from Walmart. Credit to this model for that idea. I used desiccant with indicator beads I found on sale at Michaels, but any form of desiccant will work. The hygrometer is available everywhere online and I got mine from Amazon . Start by printing the Adapter assembly which includes the Insert, Clip, and Mesh. Once those are finished you can start assembling. If you want to include a hygrometer, print that next. The base model came from here . Then, print the Spool assembly including both the Holder and Rod. Finally, print the Basket to hold your desiccant. If you are making multiple of these, print the Plug to seal the boxes for storage.
