Flush cap for Nordhavn raw water filters

Flush cap with 19mm (3/4") and 13mm (1/2") hose barbs. Fits the raw water strainer with an M55 x 1.5mm thread used on many Nordhavn boats. The part needs two O-rings: 54mm ID x 6mm section 28mm ID x 4mm section I used 70 shore nitrile. Print with a 0.1mm layer height to get a smooth thread. I used PETG - I suspect PLA would be too brittle for the threads. The base and hose barbs need to be printed with 100% infill. There is a small reinforcement strip inside the barrel of the the hose barbs, use the slicers seam painter to place the print seam at the reinforcement. With the lock ring loosened, the base can be screwed into the filter without needing to twist the attached hose. Tighten the lock ring to seal. I tested my prints using a 2.3bar (33psi) hose and there was a very small weep past the o-rings. Be cautious of using a high pressure dock hose. The wall mount can also be used as a sealed base for pressure testing your print. The flush cap is intended for temporary use and should be monitored all all times when in use.
