Fractal Vise Remix for ABS printing

I decided to torture myself by printing everything in ABS on my P1S and added custom mouse ears to all the prints to eliminate warping, as that will mess up the fittings and ruin the entire thing. When test printing i noticed that the ears generated in the slicer are separate form the walls (even with 0.0 distance) and thus the edges are guaranteed to peel up at some point. (Pic 1) By adding 2 layer high ears to all the prints they are fused with the entire print(Pic 2). (0.4 for the 0.2 print size and 0.32 for the 0.12 print size (with a 0.2 first layer)). 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Cut off the ears with a flush cutter or a sharp knife and make sure to remove all of it! I got away without any sanding but you might have to assemble the halves and sand them together to get the best result. Also enjoy the renamed pieces that mention the line size and how many you need. The “E” stands for Ears.
