Fractional Gridfinity Expanded

Fractional Gridfinity with expanded bases and bins. This is a simple expanded version of the original creation. I needed wider and taller bases and bins so I made this remix. The author of the original design mentioned they'll be expanding theirs, so check back there as the sizes here may already exist there.
