Description

Some of you don't have a defunct steel sheet that you could use for the Magnetic Chessboard . With these frame parts, you have an alternative if you want to use magnetic chess pieces. You'll need 15 mm wide magnetic tape for this. About 1.80 meters is sufficient for the 16 parts. The thickness should not exceed 1.8 mm. You can find such magnetic tape here . Printing information All STL files are correctly aligned. Layer height: 0.20 Infill: 10% Support: none You can optionally change the color of all frame parts starting from layer #67 (13.40mm). This color change allows you to highlight the labels on the frame, making them stand out more prominently. Assembly Instructions Simply stick magnetic tape into the 16 designated grooves. IMPORTANT: You can find the matching chess pieces for the Magnetic Chessboard here . When printing them, make sure all magnets are correctly oriented when inserted. They must be attracted to the magnetic tape. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media I am looking forward to your Makes! :-) If you like this design, feel free to check out my others here .
