Framework Forever Case II

Parts needed: M2 brass lugs for the battery anmd WiFi card and M3 brass lugs for the rest. Bolts M3 16mm and 8mm for most of the cover, except the one under the battery for the left middle lug, this one is 5mm. 3-4mm bolts for mainboard. Clear cover is printed on an Anycubic M5 S pro at a 45deg angle. anycubic abs 25% to 75% standard clear resin. Will post further pics of clean up soon… this is a rough draft, please see the original Framework Forever case for basic instructions and links to wifi antenna and cables etc. Dongle and external drive also fit this case (should do anyway!) Sadly i destroyed my 1280p mainboard in the development of this one (do not alter the case with mainboard in it!) which had usb 4 alt dp, meaning i could use the portable monitor with a single usb 4 cable. I found out after i purchased the 7840u mainboard that it doesnt have the same functionality :( more to come later… Edit: ?Ive since switched to this 120hz touch screen: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004779318023.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.30.48d81802ZjYpr4 This one has a battery because AMD and framework took their sweet time getting alt DP working on USB4 ports. (Like 3years?) so you dont have to get this one. This kickstand is designed to sit on a flush back of monitor, whereeas my previous one was thinner but had a raised bit so the stand had to sit over it. Anyway, yeah... Oh and also it pays to pick a monitor where the USB C port sits close to where the Framework ones are. The touch that Ive used I flipped the whole thing and use shortcuts in AMD software to flip the image output but its a bit of a faff... I'll post a pic of the new screen in a period of time undetermined.
