Description
I replaced my old, broken stud finder with a new one that I’m very happy with: the Franklin Sensors M90 ProSensor. I designed this holder to store it on a standard pegboard with a 1/4" hole pattern spaced 1" apart. The M90 ProSensor fits perfectly in the holder. It’s not so tight that you have to force it in, and not so loose that it just drops down and hits the bottom. It gently slides into place under its own weight, with just the right amount of friction to stay securely seated. The holder is easy to install on a pegboard and is very sturdy once installed. However, use caution when removing it, as the backplate and top retaining pins can break if too much force is applied. To remove the holder, first pull it straight toward you, gently wiggle it, then rotate it upward. Do not rotate it before pulling it out, as this may damage the retaining pins.
