Description
I didn't want the closing mechanism to be at the bottom, because the door stop would need to be at the bottom as well, which can be an obstacle. That's why I put it all to the top. Also the smaller hinges/handles seemed a bit week, which is why I created these long ones. To place the magnets, put a pause at layer 42 (8.4 mm) in your slicer. The provided gcode already has the pause. You will need 20x6x1,5 mm magnets. I bought theses from amazon: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00382J9UO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&language=en_GB They have to be this size, others will not fit. The space that is left for the magnet is about 0.1 mm bigger, so just enough to have a tight fit and avoid pulling the magnet out with the nozzle. (never happened to me, but I think this can happen). Be sure to clean your nozzle during the pause, or there will be debris when you continue the print. The gcodes have a 4 mm brim added, which I highly recommend. The parts will warp otherwise if the temperature is not stable enough in your environment.
