Description

I designed a monitor light bar for my desk. It's my first design so I am not an expert but all parts fit close to perfect. Cable chain and nuts are not my projects so I refer to the pages: https://www.printables.com/pl/model/310284-ender-3-s1-cable-chain https://www.printables.com/pl/model/45286-tp-link-tapo-c100c110-mount Parts to print 1 x Wall mount 1 x Arm with chain holder (supports required) 7 x Arm 8 x Nut 2 x Double Profile cover 4 x Profile holder 4 x Top profile holder 1 x Chain profile holder (supports required) 27 x Chain with clip Additionally you will need: 1 x 1m or 2 x 0,5m aluminium profile (dimmensions of mine - 27x4 x 10,5mm - LUMINES type DUAL) 1 x milk or frozen cover or similiar 1 x 1m long M8 threaded rod (splited to smaller parts) 1 x 1m RGB CCT Led strip 1 x 2m 6pin cable for Led strip 1 x Controller (Milight FUT039s) you can use whatever you like 1 x Desk pilot (MiLight RAINBOW S2-B) also you can use whatever you like 1 x 12V power adapter (matched to the power of the led strip - mine has 36W) 4 x m5 screw - 15mm long How to mount: Cut led strip into two equal sections and solder it together with 5cm long separated 6pin cable for led's. On the other side solder 2m long 6pin cable. There is a space for cables in part named ‘Double profile cover’ In a center of one aluminium profile closer to the side you must drill a 5 mm hole for cable and route them inside the profile (see wiring diagram). To connect parts I used M8 threaded rod, cutted to the right dimmensions - about 3 x 110mm and 1 x 155mm. Part called ‘Chain profile holder’ is for mount a chain to cover ugly colored cable - simple press to the profile between ‘Double profile holder’.
