Description
Fuzzy Skin is a fantastic feature for hiding layer lines and adding a premium grip to your prints, but predicting the final result from slicer settings alone can be challenging. I developed this set of test models to bridge that gap. Each swatch is designed to be large enough to provide a realistic impression of the texture, allowing you to feel the difference between subtle matte finishes and heavy, rugged grips before committing to a long print. For the best results and to save time on setup, please use the provided .3mf file. I have already configured each individual model within the project file with the correct Fuzzy Skin thickness and point distance settings. Simply load the file into your preferred slicer and you are ready to go. If you choose to use the STL files, you will need to manually input the settings indicated on the geometry of each swatch.
