Description
To print this model, use a strong filament (as if your mobile phone's life depends on it ;) ). In my case I used https://www.prusa3d.com/product/prusament-pc-blend-carbon-fiber-black-800g-6/ I have printed it with the Garmin side on the build plate and enabling supports on the build plate. The printed part is only the lower part of the Quad Lock. You will still need to buy a Quad Lock head like this one (others may work as well): https://www.quadlockcase.eu/de/products/quad-lock-360-head-lever and replace the lowest part. A video on how to disassemble the Quad Lock head can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vp7e0KyDqA The screw from the original head is reused but an additional M5 nut will be required. After > 300km riding with my gravel bike, the adapter still looks fine.
